16" cow hide with hair on shamanic drum for sale has been made using an iron tension ring to assist with maintaining the tone of the drum. The sacred hoop is made from Ash. The cross handle is softened with wild rabbit fur.
The shamanic drum beater is made with willow from my garden, suede/leather, filling of sheeps wool, and tied using the same cow hide.

This beautiful shamanic drum has a softer yet still powerful voice. When I asked for a name I heard, Honour. This seems to me to perfectly name the energy of this incredible sacred healing tool.

My shamanic drums are made from sustainably sourced hides and wooden hoops. All my drums come with a beater that usually has the same animal skin used in some way, to connect them. I always work in a sacred ceremonial way respecting all parts of the process.
