A cross design handle honoring the four directions. The join of the hoop inside marks the South. When I journeyed to connect to this drum, I saw images of moss covered stones by brooks and rivers weaving through a wooded countryside. An earthy feminine energy, strong, golden, sacred, ancestral power.
Comes with a free drum beater, filled with sheep's wool and attached with more of the deer hide.
