Very light despite it's size due to the willow wood which is naturally light in weight. Intuitive, guided handle design. Beautiful deep voice. I fall deep into the depths of this drum.
All my drums come with a free beater. The beater is made from a silver birch branch which contrasts stunningly against the dark blue. Head made with chamois leather, filled with sheep's wool. I include hide from the drum on the beater, each one made with care and love.
