Her face reminds me of a cratered planetary surface, something created out of the movement of life and matter. Or the surface of a sand covered land, with patterns forming from salty water evaporating and wind blown sand.
When I look at her I feel sand under my feet, and taste salt in my mouth, and feel the formations of fungi structures in rings.
She feels mysterious, strong, feminine, with a ...clarity or a... sureness of who she is.
She gave me Aramae as a name for her listing. A little research reveals: the exact meaning is not well documented but appears to be associated with a sense of mysteriousness, of high or exalted character or leadership qualities. I have read some linking the name to ancient cultures, perhaps of Arabic or Celtic origin.
Comes with a free drum beater made from sycamore. The head is filled with sheep's wool and is trimmed with rust orange coloured lambskin and some of the same deer hide.
Is the medicine of this drum you?
Aramae
My shamanic drums for sale are made from sustainably sourced hide from either Scotland or the Netherlands. All my drums come with a free beater that usually has the same deer skin used in some way, to connect them. I always work in a sacred ceremonial way respecting all parts of the process.
