This drum was born on a high energy day. All days are portals to something, all days are special. But we do have these moments in our year when collectively there is a powerful opportunity.
This drum brought messages of unseen connections and the balance of the light and the dark. A reminder that we are exactly where we need to be for our next expansion.
This drum brings messages of sight through the veil. I wrote in my drum birthing journal: I am here to help clear your vision and to 'speak' your truth. The partially transparent veil, like a mist parting, I will assist you in removing the occlusion for whatever needs to be revealed to you to become clear. To expand beyond your current awareness, to reveal new 'truths', This is an inner search not a visual/outer one. I am a bridge between the physical sight through faith and trust.
The beater handle is made from grey willow, a sheepskin trim, soft suede head filled with sheep's wool, and attached with some of the deer hide.
