Please check your goods immediately on receipt. Report any transport damage or issues immediately. Refunds are not available once the rattle has been used.
I do however want you to be happy with your purchase and the service I offer so please do contact me with any concerns you may have in regards to your rattle to see if it can be rectified. If we cannot rectify the issue then a full refund will be given.
In the very unlikely event that you wish to return your beater, returns are at the cost of the customer. Shamanic Earth does not cover any costs of returning goods. Note rattles are a natural product.
