This 16 inch red deer hide shamanic drum for sale has been crafted on a red oak hoop with tension ring, and holds an Apache Tear crystal in the centre of the handle. Beautifully patterning on the face of the drum, and around the sides and edge where the darker hoop touches the hide.

This beautiful drum holds a sure presence. Clear, honest. The tension ring holds well, and suits our usually damper climate. In the hotter months may need a little spritz of water on the rear to loosen slightly for tonal resonance. So if your looking for a drum that is less inclined to go loose due to air moisutre, this one could be for you.
On asking 'Do you have a name'? I immediately heard 'Zodiac' - I am aware that drums often give me a name, that points to its energy/character and that there is often a personal name held for whoever will eventually work with the drum.
Comes with a free beater made from a fallen branch found on a walk, chamoise suede, sheeps wool, some of the deer hide from the drum, and a colar of wild rabbit fur.

DEER: Spiritual heiarchy, gentleness, intuition, safety, strength, listening, sure of foot, grace and compassion
OAK: Strength, endurance, and longevity. They are also associated with wisdom, stability, and royalty.
APACHE TEAR: A type of Obsidian, often associated with healing, particularly grief/emotional support. A powerful stone for transformation and progress, aiding forgiveness, spontaneity, and removing self-limiting ideas.
