Shamanic Drum's as Connectors

Trevor and his new friend with their drums

Earlier this year I had the great pleasure of meeting a lovely gentleman called Trevor. Trevor was feeling the call of the drum, and wanted to come along to my studio to meet me and my drums for sale at that time. I'm sure Trevor wouldn't mind me sharing with you that he is leaning into his older years, now finds himself alone, and along with his relatively new interest in all things shamanic is a great hobby photographer.

We had a lovely meeting and Trevor and Soul Wisdom had a strong heart to heart connection. There was no doubt which drum Trevor was matched with! A double sided 18" drum, very warrior like, with a big heart; one side buffalo the other deer which had been hand dyed and held tattoo tribal patterning and energy.

Trevor has kept in touch, been along for a Journeying 1:1 day and is now booked onto the Elements course in January.

I love to hear how the drum partnerships are getting along, so I'm trilled when people message me with updates.

This week I received a video, photo's and message from Trevor - this is what he had to say:

"Hi Tracey, I took my drum to a 4500 years old neolithic Stone Circle today. So drumming in the winter sunshine with complete strangers, three lovely ladies who were there. I know now there are no strangers, only friends who you have not met before. What a wonderful day! And it's all down to my drum.

I was planning to go to Whitby with my camera but saw my drum where I keep it safe, and it came to me that I could go to Arbor Low stone circle and play it. Totally in the opposite direction. When I arrived there I was chatting with them, one lady told me that when opening the space they asked the Divine Masculine to join them as she had drawn an oracle card that morning, which she does every day, and carries it with her, she showed me the card. It had a man with a grey beard image"!!

What a beautiful joyful story of spirit connecting people, with drums, as always in my life now, at the centre of this web of connection.

Thank you Trevor!
